What Is This Podcast About?

Healing

'Love Your Phalva' is about healing from Generational Trauma, the Father Wound, the Mother Wound and learning to break the chains that keep us stuck in unhealthy patterns today.

Self-awareness

Every healing journey starts with self-awareness. This podcast sheds light on where you stand with yourself on your journey of self-awareness and how to cultivate more of it in your daily life.

Loving your Phalva

The balance between the Masculine & Feminine energy dynamics within all of us equals our relationship to everything and everyone, directly influenced by what was modeled by our Father, Mother and/or other caregivers.

About Hoda

IMG_2892

Hoda Zekavat, founder of Phalva Coaching, is a transformation coach trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She sees her role as a catalyst of transformation through Inner Child Healing and exploring the effects of the individual’s inner masculine-feminine energy dynamics on their external reality, i.e. relationships.

Hoda’s work revolves around healing childhood and generational trauma, which she’s aware is not a popular topic, so with two decades of experience in language teaching, coaching, theatre and voice acting, she has made it her mission to raise awareness on difficult truths and contribute to collective healing through edutainment, analogizing, storytelling, dramatization, and levity – all doused in a solid serving of authenticity, and openness to explore the human experience with brutal honesty and radical responsibility.
